Dear Paolo,
Apologies for the delay in writing to thank you for your services with my Palladio Tour. Our flight back to
London from Treviso with Ryanair was fine, as it was on
time. The weather in London was the same as Treviso, but the next day it was colder and rained; but we
had been very fortunate with the weather in the Veneto,
as it was perfect every day, and everywhere looked beautiful in the sunshine.
Thank you for your arrangements, particulary with several of the villas, which seemed difficult to contact.
The sequence of visits worked well, and it was good to
spend time in both Mantua and Padua. Hotel Aries is one of the best hotels that we have stayed in, and
everything about it was perfect: rooms were large, and
with good bathrooms; buffet breakfast and buffet dinners were excellent; and all the staff there were helpfu
and friendly. Lastly, it was very reasonable in cost.
Although it was about 4 km from the centre, most people liked to stay in during the evening, and have dinner
there. lf you need to find accommodation for a
group I highly recommend it.
May is a good time to visit ltaly, and it is just before the busy summer (and very hot!) season. I hope you
have a very busy and successful season, and that
your company continues to develop well. I do not know when we will be back, but I will certainly recommend
your company to people who ask about travel in
Italy.

This Summer, for the second year, we have had the pleasure of having Paulo Ambrosini as our driver for our
week-long holiday in the Vicenza area. Once again, Paulo has shown that he is totally reliable and professional.
He provided an excellent service, which even extended to organising many of the visits on our itinerary. Paulo
did everything necessary to ensure our trip ran smoothly, and his ability to speak fluent English was very helpful
to me as tour manager. Our passengers were very appreciative of Paolo's courtesy and safe driving, and had a
very enjoyable stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
